Privacy policy

The short version: this website collects nothing about you. The long version explains exactly what that means and what happens if you choose to e-mail us.

We have not appointed a data protection officer. Our processing does not meet the thresholds in Article 37 GDPR that would require one. Send data-protection requests to info@coratis.online; they are handled by the director of publication, Oliver Young.

2. What we collect when you browse this site: nothing

Specifically, and verifiably:

• No cookies. This site sets no cookie of any kind, first-party or third-party. No Set-Cookie header is sent.
• No browser storage. No localStorage, no sessionStorage, no IndexedDB, no cache-based identifiers. The JavaScript on this site does not reference any storage API.
• No analytics. No Google Analytics, Matomo, Plausible or equivalent. We do not know how many people read this page.
• No advertising or conversion pixels. No Meta pixel, no Microsoft UET tag, no Google Ads remarketing tag, no affiliate-network pixel.
• No third-party requests. No Google Fonts, no CDN-hosted libraries, no remote images, no embedded video, no social widgets. Every file the page loads comes from coratis.online itself.
• No fingerprinting. We do not read canvas, fonts, screen characteristics or any other device signal for identification.
• No contact form. A form would collect data, so there is not one. Contact is by e-mail.

3. Server logs

Like any website, this site is delivered by a web server, and the server keeps operational logs — typically the IP address making the request, the time, the page requested, the HTTP status and the user-agent string. These logs exist to keep the service running and secure. They are not used to profile visitors, are not combined with any other source, are not shared with advertisers, and are not used for marketing or measurement of any kind.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. Retention: logs are kept for a short operational period and then deleted; we do not retain them for longer than is necessary for security and troubleshooting.

4. If you send us an e-mail

What we process: your e-mail address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write.
Purpose: reading and answering your message.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to correspondence), or Article 6(1)(c) where we are obliged to keep the correspondence.
Retention: for as long as needed to deal with the matter, and then deleted, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.
Recipients: our e-mail provider, acting as a processor. We do not sell, rent or share your correspondence, and we do not add you to any mailing list — we do not operate one.

5. Partner links and what happens when you click one

This site carries paid partner links, clearly labelled. Nothing is transmitted to the advertiser while you are reading. No pixel fires and no request leaves this domain until you actively click.

When you do click a partner link, your browser leaves this website and goes to the advertiser's site. From that moment you are on their site, subject to their privacy policy and their cookie practices, over which we have no control. They may set cookies, may identify the referring campaign, and may process your data for their own purposes. Please read the privacy policy of any site you land on.

Two points of detail, for completeness:

• If the address you arrived on already contains campaign parameters (for example utm_source, gclid or msclkid, which an advertising platform may append to a link you clicked elsewhere), our script copies those parameters onto the outgoing link so the advertiser can attribute the click. This happens entirely in your browser, at the moment you click, and the values are ones already present in your own URL bar. Nothing is stored and nothing is sent to us.
• This site sets referrer policy to strict-origin-when-cross-origin, which means the advertiser is told that you came from https://coratis.online but is not told which page you were reading.

6. Sharing and transfers

We share no visitor data with anyone, because we hold none. We use no advertising vendor, no analytics provider and no data broker. No visitor data is transferred outside the European Economic Area by this website. E-mail correspondence is handled by our e-mail provider under a processing agreement.

7. Automated decision-making

None. We carry out no profiling and no automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects.

8. Children

This site is written for adults choosing consumer software. We do not knowingly process personal data of children, and since we collect nothing from visitors there is nothing for a child to give us by browsing.

9. Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent — though on this site there is no consent to withdraw, because nothing that would require consent is done.

To exercise any right, write to info@coratis.online. We will respond within one month as required by Article 12(3) GDPR. In practice, for a visitor who has never e-mailed us, the honest answer to a subject access request is that we hold no data about you.

10. Complaints

If you believe we have handled your personal data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority:

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top of this page is revised. Because the site collects nothing, any future change that introduced collection would be a substantive change and would be announced on the page itself.
